Smith's Martial Arts Academy is presenting a self-defense seminar just for WOMEN! We believe all women should understand some basic principles about defending themselves and this seminar is designed to arm you with those principles. The seminar details are below:

WHO CAN ATTEND: Any ladies age 13 and up (ONLY exception is for SMAA students
HOW SHOULD I DRESS: Comfortable sweats or workout clothing
HOW MUCH: Only $5 for SMAA Students/Parents; $15 for All Other Women
